Seller’s Tip Of Day: Get rid of any bad smells in your home! Since it is the winter season and your home has been closed up for awhile, it is a good idea to pay attention to pet or cigarette odors and get rid of them by placing candles or scented potpourri around the house. On the day you are expecting a potential buyer, it doesn’t hurt to make a loaf of home-made bread or cookies for great aroma!
