Winter has arrived! The mountains ranges of the Seeley Swan valley are pristine with snow and the lakes are covered with a smooth sheet of ice. Winter in Seeley Lake consists of lots snowfall with temperatures warm enough to get out and enjoy the wintertime recreation that Montana has to offer. You will be pleasantly surprised at what there is to do here – snowmobiling (over 300 miles of groomed trails & lots of back country!), cross-country skiing, ice skating, ice fishing, sled dog races, and Winterfest – a celebration of snow and winter activities scheduled for January 18-20, 2008.
